Field Study Sites
The Forest Education Foundation has developed a number of sites around Tasmania to support classroom learning about Tasmania's forests.
These field sites offer a range of opportunities for students to learn about Tasmania’s forests, and their ecology, investigate historical use of forest environments and learn about modern forest management for a wide range of purposes.
The Forest Education Foundation’s teachers are available to accompany school groups wishing to visit any of the field sites and can assist with the development of relevant programs. Resources are available for each of these sites.
