Field Study Sites
The Forest Education Foundation has developed a number of sites around Tasmania to support classroom learning about Tasmania's forests.
These field sites offer a range of opportunities for students to learn about Tasmania’s forests, and their ecology, investigate historical use of forest environments and learn about modern forest management for a wide range of purposes. More details about each site can be found on the menu on the left. Trips cost $5 per student for all locations and we also have a 20 seater bus that can be hired for the day at very competitive rates.Please contact us to discuss possible programs.
