These Field Sites offer a range of opportunities for students to learn about Tasmania's forests and their ecology, investigate historical use of forest environments and learn about modern forest management for a wide range of purposes.
The Forest Education Foundation staff, who are qualified teachers, are available to accompany school groups wishing to visit any of the field sites and can assist with the development of relevant programs.
