Exciting new resource for teachers!

The FEF has started the new year with the release of new their educational resource Project Forest: A teaching and learning resource.

This comprehensive DVD contains a vast range of information on a multitude of topics related to Tasmania’s forests, their ecology and management. Project Forest also suggests ways in which FEF can support teachers and students to develop their own knowledge of this environment. Teachers can use this resource to develop an integrated study across the curriculum or explore a specific area of interest. It contains a vast range of supporting material including maps, Powerpoint presentations, image libraries and poster sets and also includes the wonderfully illustrated resource book “Postcards from the town that disappeared”
